Prices:
Prices are correct as at October 2009 but are subject to alteration without prior notice. We offer a discount to ASA and SASA registered clubs and other organisations, please telephone 01555 771778 for more information.

Postage and Packing:
Most of our orders are sent by Royal Mail using first class post. We always obtain proof of posting. If you require recorded or special delivery please contact us for the additional postage.

Delivery:
Most orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt unless we do not have the item in stock (Saturday's orders will not be posted until Monday) Customers who have ordered on line will receive an automatic confirmation with an order number. We will also email you when item has been posted. If you have not received delivery within 7 days please contact us. We would imagine this would only happen during holiday periods.

Returns Policy:
Wrightsport will refund any item that is incorrect or not required provided it is returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Where products are faulty please return to Wright Sport with a covering letter explaining the problem, for a refund or exchange.
Please ensure you receive proof of posting from Post Office or wherever.

Ordering:
Ordering on the internet is via a secure server and you will see the padlock symbol on your screen when you place your order.
